When you register, Ultimate Vienna processes the data you enter on the join form — name, date of birth, email, phone, address, other clubs, and the membership/payment details you select — to set up and administer your membership for the current season.

Your registration is recorded in the club's internal membership spreadsheet, a confirmation summary is emailed to you, and a notification is sent to the vorstand. Outstanding balances from the club ledger may be looked up by your name to avoid double-invoicing.

We do not pass your data on to third parties for advertising. Data is kept for as long as needed to run the membership and to meet record-keeping obligations for an Austrian association (ZVR: 507159175).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. For any request, contact vorstand@ultimatevienna.net.
